Whether you're brand new to yoga or you're a seasoned yogi, anyone can benefit from individual and small-group yoga therapy sessions that are custom-tailored to your body and your goals.

While movement is viewed as the central facet of Westernized yoga, the eight-limbed path of yoga is a much more holistic model of health including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being; yoga therapy is unique in that it addresses the integral aspects of our being simultaneously rather focusing on each part or system independently. From this integrative point of view, yoga therapy holds that an individual’s experience of a symptom expresses vital information for the process of healing. When this information is unfolded, awareness can be a powerful tool guiding the reorganization process toward greater balance. We believe wholeheartedly in each person’s natural capacity to optimize well-being, while supporting their unique process of evolution to wholeness.
